1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Security

Each member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through the use of proxy or VPN services — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 68jil will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 68jil reserves the right to close accounts where false or misleading information was provided, regardless of when the discrepancy is discovered.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

68jil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, QR Ph, InstaPay, and major Credit/Debit Cards. Payment method availability may vary.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by 68jil and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before being processed. Standard processing time is one (1) to three (3) business days after verification is complete.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of 68jil's software or systems.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, 68jil reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed during the affected session.

68jil's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

68jil does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the 68jil Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11. Account Termination and Suspension

68jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Non-compliance with identity verification or KYC requests.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against 68jil.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance not subject to investigation or legal hold will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

68jil reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members of material changes through on-platform notifications or by email to the address on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
